"Alive" Chimpanzee is a fully animated, life-size bust of the real animal; he has been painstakingly handcrafted to exacting standards. His appearance is uncannily lifelike — with skin and hair and eyes that look and feel genuine; lifelike product of the latest Hollywood "F/X" animatronics — state-of-the-art robotic technology dedicated to making machines that look, sound and act like real animals.

Keen senses. "Alive" Chimpanzee can see, hear and feel in ways that allow him to interact intelligently with you, your family, your guests.Andnd with baffled strangers. His soulful eyes track movements using infrared "radar" vision; his ears have stereoscopic sound sensors; his skin reacts to contact with touch sensors all around. He also boasts "vocal chords" and realistically mimics the authentic sounds of a live chimp — appropriately reflecting his emotions. If you are into Monkey Business this one for you!

056-Instant Snow
No, we're not kidding, this stuff is remarkable. If you've seen Harry Potter and the Spanner of Plim, or whatever it's called, then you've seen this stuff in action – yup it's the same snow they use in all the movies. Long gone are the days of polystyrene balls and foam, nowadays people want reality, and this is as close as it gets to the real stuff - it looks just like snow and feels wonderful. It's made from a polymer (which comes as a fine white powder, like salt) that when it comes into contact with water, swells up into fluffy white snow. It comes in three sizes, the 'Stocking Filler' (25g) which will make about 700g* of snow, the 'Shovel' (45g) which makes about 1.2 kilos, the 'Blizzard' (100g) which makes about 3 kilos, and the White Out (150g) which will make over four kilos of glorious fluffy white snow.

When you've finished revelling in your snow, don't just throw it away, you can either put it on your garden (it will help the water holding properties of your soil – just like water granules), or let it dry back down to a powder and you can use it again.

055-Starwars LightSaber Replicas
This is the real deal! These remarkable Lightsabers are genuine licensed Star Wars replica products that will blow you away.
Not only are the durable metal hilts true copies of the film originals (and dead hefty too), they incorporate a pre-programmed on-board multi-channel sound chip with digital sound effects taken from the movie. When you power them up, these light sabers make the true "pshhhhewwww", noise, and as the hand set contains motion sensors, when you swish them through thepracticingising your Jedi moves, they make the proper "whummmm, whummmm" noise. This alone is enough to have you jumping for joy (but in a very cool and collected Jedi way, of course), but, that's not all - they also make the unforgettable "pshaw""zoing" "vowumm" noise when hit against a solid object. May the force be with you!

054-XBox 360 Solid Gold Face Plate
So you were one of the lucky few to get your hands on an Xbox 360? Big deal. Is your faceplate made of solid gold? Thought not. But for the low, low price of $36,000 it can be! An enterprising person on eBay is auctioning off a 24-karat gold 360 faceplate. So for all you railroad and oil tycoons out there, game on!

053-Just say no to Microsoft from No Starch Press

052-Electric Kazoo
Just $17.95, the Kazooka Electric Kazoo (Handmade in the USA) sounds like a distorted guitar or an analog synth when itÂ’s plugged into an amplifier.

051-Pupillo cellcontrolledtroled spycam
Spying on those pesky kids or that errant spouse back home just got a little easier for customers of UK cellphone service provider Three Telecom. The company has rolled out the Pupillo, a battery-powered spycam that can be accessed by 3G cellphone. It even has night vision for those stealth spy sessions. Of course, the fact that it looks like a miniature garbage can with a lens doesnÂ’t exactly make it discreet; maybe the next version can look like, er, R2-D2 or something.

on this revolutionary medium. With it, you can enjoy the best podcasts or
produce them yourself.

Podcasts are often called "Internet radio programs," but they're
definitely not radio. Radio is heavily regulated, but anyone who can make
an MP3 recording, host it on a web site, and publish a "feed" for it can
be a podcaster. And anyone who wants access to opinions and ideas that you
can't get on radio will find them on a podcast.

Small enough to fit in your pocket, this book shows you how to:
-Tune into the best podcasts, download them to your favorite portable
device, and listen to them whenever you want. Included is a listener's
guide with reviews of some of the most interesting and unusual podcasts
available today.
-Use tools and techniques to make and publish podcasts with just basic
equipment: a computer, microphone, and some free software. You'll find
practical tips and how-tos for creating, recording, editing, and uploading
our own, professional-quality podcast.

Find out why podcasting is easier and more accessible than you thought!
